1. What is the difference between “purchase order” and “inquiry”?

Our KARL MAYER WEBSHOP SPARE PARTS gives you the possibility to order articles, mainly wearing parts and commonly used spare parts available ex stock, directly via the order basket. We guarantee you an automatic and quick handling of your purchase order.

Moreover, you can directly select the required spare parts via your machine-specific spare parts catalogue, available for machines produced as of the year 2006. You can request the relevant spare parts via KARL MAYER’s inquiry basket. Our KARL MAYER employees will deal with your inquiry individually. They will send you an offer or, in case of queries, they will contact you accordingly.

2. Why do you need the „Catalogue“ function?

Here you can mainly find wearing parts and commonly used parts for your warp-knitting machines. These parts can be ordered directly via the order basket.

3. Why do you need the „My machines“ function?

Our KARL MAYER WEBSHOP SPARE PARTS offers you the possibility of a virtual administration of your machinery (My machines). Machines can be added to or deleted from your machine fleet. In this respect, please kindly note that this procedure is subject to an in-house check at KARL MAYER and must be released by KARL MAYER.

Besides, by clicking on My machines you can access the spare parts catalogues and working instructions of your machines, provided these machines had not been manufactured before 2006.

4. I have placed a wrong purchase order. What can I do?

Please contact the KARL MAYER agency in your country or the responsible Sales Administrator at KARL MAYER.
